Home service growth partner

The growth partner who finishes the job.

I partner with home service businesses to grow the whole pipeline. I generate the leads, then build the systems that answer every call, follow up in seconds, and turn demand into work on the calendar.

Explore the opportunity

Principle 01

Funnels, ads, and follow-up since 2016

Principle 02

My business runs on the systems I sell

Principle 03

Leads are not the problem. Follow-up is.

Problems + opportunities

Where good companies leak revenue

Most home service companies do not have a demand problem. They have a follow-through problem. Calls ring out, new leads wait days for a callback, and quotes stall while everyone is busy doing the work.

01

Calls that ring out

When the crew is on a job and the office is slammed, calls go to voicemail. Many callers simply dial the next company on the list.

02

Follow-up that comes too late

A new lead is warm for minutes, not days. Slow callbacks quietly hand jobs to whoever answers first.

03

Paperwork that stalls jobs

Proposals, invoices, and job notes live in five different places, so the office redoes work and won jobs wait on admin.

Find the leaks before you buy more leads

The AI Growth Self-Audit is a plain-English checklist for walking your own pipeline, from first ring to paid invoice. They are the same checks I run on client pipelines, where our best campaigns have turned four in ten leads into booked appointments.

Inside the guide

  • Lead capture

Count how many of your calls, forms, and messages actually become leads somebody can follow up on.

  • Speed and follow-up

Clock how fast a new lead hears back, and what happens to the ones who do not answer.

  • Quote to cash

Spot where quotes, scheduling, and invoices stall after the appointment is set.

Approach

Fix the leaks first. Then pour on fuel.

No twelve-tool stack and no big-bang overhaul. We find what is costing you jobs, close the most expensive gap first, and only add lead volume once the pipeline can hold it.

01 / Diagnose

Map the pipeline

We trace every path a customer takes to reach you, from ad click to inbound call, and find exactly where they fall through.

02 / Prioritize

Pick the highest-value fix

Every gap gets weighed by what it costs you and how quickly it can be closed. The fixes that pay for themselves come first.

03 / Implement

Build for your crew

Systems only work if your team actually uses them. We build around how your office already operates and stay involved until it sticks.

Areas of expertise

The work behind the promise

Four kinds of work with one goal: more booked jobs from the demand you already pay for, and less friction between your team and getting paid.

AI receptionists and appointment setters

Voice and text agents that answer every call, greet callers by name, capture job details, filter spam, and book qualified appointments.

CRM and workflow builds

Custom CRMs and automations built around your trade, from call transcript to drafted proposal to QuickBooks invoice.

Lead generation

Facebook and Google campaigns managed hands-on to feed the system real, local demand instead of cold lists.

Reporting and dashboards

One screen that shows what you spent, what it produced, and which jobs it booked, without spreadsheet archaeology.

About Ben

From knocking doors to building the systems that answer them

I paid for college knocking doors, and I hated every minute of it. I am a computer person by nature. But consistency kept me near the top of the company, and it later made me one of SolarCity's top consultants. I personally sold more than 250 residential solar systems, half of them remotely, before moving to the marketing side in 2016.

Running ads for service businesses, I kept hearing that the leads were bad. So I generated the same kinds of leads for myself, called them fast, and closed them. The leads were fine. The follow-up was broken. I have spent the years since building systems that fix follow-up for good, and my own business runs on them every day.
