What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the minimum technical data required to run a website:
- Guide requests. When you request the AI Growth Self-Audit, we collect your first name and email address, along with the page you signed up from.
- Call bookings. When you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, the time you selected, your timezone, and any phone number or notes you choose to add.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.
This site does not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To send you the guide and the emails you asked for.
- To schedule and hold your discovery call, including sending the confirmation and the meeting link.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, each only for the purpose described:
- Netlify hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
- Supabasestores subscriber and booking records in a secured database.
- Resend delivers the emails described above.
These providers primarily process data in the United States. If you are located elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Retention and your choices
- Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops future sends immediately. You can also unsubscribe by replying to any email.
- Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Booking records are kept as ordinary business records. You can request their deletion at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.
