Who runs this site

This website is operated by Ben Claybrook. If you have any question about this policy or about your information,use the contact details published in the site footer once available, or reply to any email you have received from Ben.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus the minimum technical data required to run a website:

• Guide requests. When you request the AI Growth Self-Audit, we collect your first name and email address, along with the page you signed up from.
• Call bookings. When you book a discovery call, we collect your name, email address, the time you selected, your timezone, and any phone number or notes you choose to add.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.

We also use analytics cookies, described in the next section, which you can turn off at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. When analytics runs, Google collects information that includes your device and browser details, the pages you visit, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and cookie identifiers such as the_ga cookie.

If you are visiting from the European Union, the United Kingdom, the wider European Economic Area, or Switzerland, none of this runs until you choose Accept in the consent banner. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser and remembered for up to 12 months, after which we ask again.

Wherever you are, your current consent choice is passed to Google through its Consent Mode signals, so Google tools only store or use cookies when you have allowed it.

How we use it

• To send you the guide and the emails you asked for.
• To schedule and hold your discovery call, including sending the confirmation and the meeting link.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

We do not sell your information for money, and we do not give it to third parties for their own marketing. Some US state laws treat the use of analytics cookies as sharing personal information; the US privacy rights section below explains how to opt out of that.

Service providers

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, each only for the purpose described:

• Netlify hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
• Supabasestores subscriber and booking records in a secured database.
• Resend delivers the emails described above.
• Googleprovides Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which process usage data as described in the Cookies and analytics section, only when your consent settings allow it.

These providers, including Google, primarily process data in the United States. If you are located elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Retention and your choices

• Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops future sends immediately. You can also unsubscribe by replying to any email.
• Subscriber records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Booking records are kept as ordinary business records. You can request their deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.

US privacy rights and Do Not Sell or Share

Some US state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, treat the use of analytics and advertising cookies as sharing personal information. You can opt out of that at any time using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page, which turns analytics off in your browser.

This site also honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends it, analytics stays off automatically and no action is needed from you. For any other request under a US state privacy law, contact us using the details above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
